Abby Pattison
Abby Pattison, RD, has a dual masters of psychology and nutrition to help her motivate patients to make positive changes in their lives. Abby graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle in 2008 and has worked at many front runner in the field of nutrition, including Seattle Children’s Hospital and The Moore Center for Eating Disorders.
Amy Walker
Amy Walker is a Physical Therapist (PT) who joined the Lake Chelan Health Rehabilitation Department in February 2020. She received her degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon and has been practicing for 25 years. Amy provides outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services for both children and adults. She is a big proponent of helping people improve their quality of life through integration of healthy living choices. Amy enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Beth Shaw
Beth Shaw is a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Certified Lymphedema and Wound Therapist (CLWT) who joined the Lake Chelan Health Rehabilitation Department in September 2017. She received her degree from Whatcom Community College in Bellingham, WA. Beth works with the physical therapist to provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy for adults as well as wound and lymphedema care. Beth enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
Dr. Brandon Douglass
Dr. Brandon G. Douglass is a general surgeon that comes to Lake Chelan Health Hospital from Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Wyoming where he also competed in track-and-field. He subsequently completed his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 2018. During his residency in the Mayo Clinic Rural and Community Track, he spent substantial time working in the Mayo Clinic Health System at various community hospitals in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He looks forward to being part of the Lake Chelan Valley community and providing the highest quality surgical care for the valley. Dr. Douglass has a broad skillset with expertise in intra-abdominal disease, hernia, breast oncology, and special interest in minimally invasive surgery. He enjoys reading and listening to music as well as recreational activities that include fishing, snowboarding, hunting and mountain biking.
Dr. J. Genevieve Park
J. Genevieve Park, MD, PhD, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, who is fellowship-trained in microsurgical breast reconstruction. She provides comprehensive aesthetic and reconstructive surgical services in Central Washington.
Dr. Park has devoted over 20 years to the pursuit of knowledge and skill in science and medicine. Through this journey, she has learned from amazing mentors, inspirational peers, and her patients. She graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Then, she performed 3 years of research in cell biology and bioengineering at UCSF and UC Berkeley. In 2008, she joined the prestigious Medical Scientist Training Program at the University of Colorado, and she earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry in addition to her medical degree. She moved to Winston-Salem, NC, where she completed a 6-year Plastic Surgery residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Most recently, she did a fellowship in breast microsurgery at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, mentored by Dr. Bernard Chang.
Dr. Jeff England
Jeff England specializes in orthopedic therapy for both acute and chronic pain, post surgery, sports and work-related injuries. England earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 2003 and Doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT) from Eastern Washington University in 2007. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Care Specialist (OCS) and is a therapeutic pain specialist (TPS). Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and three children in the outdoors, being involved in their kids sports programs and serving in his church.
Dr. Kyle Kenoyer
Dr. Kenoyer is board qualified in both foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot surgery with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
He is a native of the area, being born and raised in Cashmere. Dr. Kenoyer comes from a multi-generational family of farmers. One side of the family has been involved in the tree fruit industry, growing pears, apples and cherries in the valley for many years. The other side of his family homesteaded on Badger Mountain and is still growing wheat there today.
Dr. Matthew Hillman, DO
Dr. Hillman is an emergency medicine physician who joined Lake Chelan Health in 2023. He attended Brigham Young University in Utah and attended medical school at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hillman completed his residency in Emergency Medicine in Detroit Michigan at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital.
Dr. Nicole Decker
Dr. Decker is an Orthopedic Surgeon who joined Lake Chelan Health in August of 2023. She was raised in Wisconsin and attended college at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She then attended medical school at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine where she met her husband. She completed her residency in Orthopedic Surgery in Cleveland, Ohio with University Hospitals Regional Medical Center in affiliation with Case Western Reserve where she trained with an emphasis on trauma, joint replacements, hand and upper extremity, and sports injuries. In her free time Dr. Decker enjoys water skiing, mountain biking, trail running, snow skiing, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Sage.
Elias Driessen
Eli grew up in Brewster, WA and graduated from Corbin University in Salem, Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in health science. He went on to get his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California. Prior to coming to work with Lake Chelan Health he managed an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Okanogan, WA. He was a multi-sport athlete and played baseball at the collegiate level. He believes in making meaningful connections with people and helping guide patients through rehabilitation and recovery to allow people to get back to optimal function and activity.
He enjoys the outdoors hiking, fishing, hunting and camping. As well as attending local sporting events and spending time with his wife and kids (5th generation Brewster residents). “North Central Washington is my home, and I am excited to serve the area in the best way I know how”.
Javier Ascanio
Javier Ascanio earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2020 from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Javier is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and board certified in Wound Care (CWS). Following his doctorate, Javier completed a post-professional orthopedic residency with Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation where he had the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, including high level athletes. Javier’s philosophy when treating is that the best treatment is centered around the patient’s values and goals using the best available evidence. Javier is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), volunteering with the local school athletic programs. Javier earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University where he also met his wife.
In his off-time, Javier enjoys volunteering with the Manson Fire Department as a Firefighter/EMT and spending time with his wife and three boys in the outdoors.
Jim Szymanski
Jim has been with Lake Chelan Health Hospital for seventeen years as an occupational therapist, an EMS volunteer, a Sanctuary admissions coordinator, and most recently as an infection control coordinator. Jim earned his B.S. in Medical Science at the University of Nevada-Reno and completed the Certificate Program in Occupational Therapy at Loma Linda University. He has certification through NBCOT and is a member of AOTA. During his spare time, Jim can be found at the climbing gym, performing yoga, or digging up rocks in his yard.
Jocelyn Rich
Jocelyn is an Occupational Therapist, specializing in pelvic health, women’s health, and mental health. She comes to Lake Chelan Health with experience in the Community Mental Health setting and now works in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Jocelyn earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Pacific University in Oregon. She is happy to return to the Lake Chelan valley to be near family, friends, and unlimited outdoor adventures.
