Abby Pattison, RD, has a dual masters of psychology and nutrition to help her motivate patients to make positive changes in their lives. Abby graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle in 2008 and has worked at many front runner in the field of nutrition, including Seattle Children’s Hospital and The Moore Center for Eating Disorders.

Aleasha England
Aleasha England is a registered nurse who is board certified in wound care (WCC). Aleasha’s healthcare journey started out with a BSN in dietetics in 2002 from Brigham Young University. Then after raising three wonderful kids, she went back to school and received her RN degree from Wenatchee Valley in June 2020. She started with LCH as a medical/surgical nurse in October 2020. After a year and a half, Aleasha started working as our outpatient service coordinator helping with exercise stress tests and ECGs as well as doing various infusions and injections. She recently started working in outpatient and inpatient wound care. Aleasha’s philosophy when treating patients is a holistic, patient-centered approach. She believes there are many factors that affect wound healing, and they all need to be addressed with the patient involved in their plan of care. She is excited to be working in the wound care field and loves to watch her patient’s progress in their journey of wound healing.
In her spare time, Aleasha enjoys gardening, backpacking with her husband, and spending time doing anything active with her family outdoors.

Alex Vanderholm
Alex Vanderholm graduated from Manson High School in 2014 and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals in 2024. As a former patient at the clinic where he now works, Alex is passionate about giving back to his community. His dedication to physical therapy stems from his love of helping people get back to doing what they love.
He enjoys sports, staying active, and spending time outdoors, as well as relaxing with family whenever possible.

Beth Shaw
Beth Shaw is a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Certified Lymphedema and Wound Therapist (CLWT) who joined the Lake Chelan Health Rehabilitation Department in September 2017. She received her degree from Whatcom Community College in Bellingham, WA. Beth works with the physical therapist to provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy for adults as well as wound and lymphedema care.

Christiane Rekai, ARNP is an experienced Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in cardiology, cardiac surgery, and clinical research. She is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care and has special interests in stress testing, perioperative management, and evidence-based quality improvement.
She earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Seattle University and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Moravian College.
Christiane is licensed as both an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) and Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington State. She maintains current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification and is an active member of the American College of Cardiology CV Team and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She values collaborative, team-based care and is dedicated to improving patient outcomes while expanding access to expert cardiology services in the Lake Chelan Valley.

Debbie Markham
Debbie Markham is a registered physical therapist who graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 1981. With a a diverse work experience she spent 25 years in pediatrics working at Shiner’s Hospital in Spokane, Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Seattle, and working privately in pediatrics treating a variety of children with orthopedic needs, neurological conditions, birth defects and doing wheelchair assessments. The past 16 years have been in Home Health serving a variety of populations. She enjoys working with a variety of patients from newborns to our geriatric population.
In her off time she enjoys spending time with her husband of 38 years and her family.

Anne Sobba-Higley
Dr. Anne Sobba-Higley is an otolaryngology head and neck surgery specialist with over 25 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Sobba-Higley grew up in Puyallup, Washington. She attended the Western Washington University, graduating with a BS in Biochemistry. She then attended Creighton University Medical School where she graduated cum laude and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Sobba-Higley then completed an Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery residency with the University of Nebraska Medical Center and board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery.
Dr. Sobba-Higley, when not in the office seeing patients, enjoys the outdoors, skiing, running, cycling and hiking with her husband and two dogs and spending time with her three adult children.

Dr. Gautam Nayak
Dr. Nayak is a cardiologist who has been practicing in central Washington since 2009. He spent 16 years at Confluence Health in Wenatchee, where he also grew cardiology programs in Okanogan County. He currently works at Kittitas Valley Healthcare in Ellensburg, and is excited to work with Lake Chelan Health to bring additional cardiology services to NCW through the formation of Mission Cardiology. Dr. Nayak is also a clinical associate professor of medicine for the University of Washington medical school.
Prior to coming to Washington, Dr. Nayak served 10 years in the US Navy, where he completed his residency and fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD, as well as deploying to the MIddle East in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. He did his undergraduate studies at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN and medical school at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
Dr. Nayak is passionate about innovation in healthcare and improving the delivery of cardiovascular care to rural regions, bringing together medical professionals for better collaboration. He is the immediate past president of the American College of Cardiology Washington chapter and co-founder of Coltrain, a universal clinical collaboration platform fostering team-based care.

Dr. J. Genevieve Park
J. Genevieve Park, MD, PhD, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, who is fellowship-trained in microsurgical breast reconstruction. She provides comprehensive aesthetic and reconstructive surgical services in Central Washington.
Dr. Park has devoted over 20 years to the pursuit of knowledge and skill in science and medicine. Through this journey, she has learned from amazing mentors, inspirational peers, and her patients. She graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Then, she performed 3 years of research in cell biology and bioengineering at UCSF and UC Berkeley. In 2008, she joined the prestigious Medical Scientist Training Program at the University of Colorado, and she earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry in addition to her medical degree. She moved to Winston-Salem, NC, where she completed a 6-year Plastic Surgery residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Most recently, she did a fellowship in breast microsurgery at Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, mentored by Dr. Bernard Chang.

Dr. James Dahl
Dr. James A. Dahl is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with over 30 years of experience. He graduated from University of Washington with a BA in Zoology where he also was a member of the varsity rowing team, winning the national championship in 1984. He then obtained his MD from The Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland in 1988. This was followed by a residency in orthopaedic surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. After completion of his Army obligation in Alexandria, VA, he practiced in Wenatchee at Confluence Health from 2000-2025 before moving to Lake Chelan Health. He specializes in joint replacement of the hip (including direct anterior approach), knee and shoulder, as well as sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery. He also has extensive experience in orthopaedic trauma, as well as foot and ankle surgery.
In his free time he enjoys competitive masters rowing, fishing and cross country skiing.

Dr. Jedediah Kaufman
Dr. Jedediah Kaufman is a board-certified general and acute care surgeon with advanced fellowship training from the University of Washington. His clinical expertise includes esophageal and anti-reflux surgery, bariatric surgery, colon surgery, and solid organ procedures, allowing him to provide comprehensive surgical care for a wide range of conditions.
Dr. Kaufman grew up in Two Harbors, Minnesota, a small town on the North Shore of Lake Superior, before moving to Minneapolis where he earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed both his residency and fellowship training at the University of Washington, and has practiced in Seattle and Olympia prior to joining the Chelan Valley community.
Board certified by the American Board of Surgery and a long-standing member of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Kaufman is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based surgical care. He firmly believes in involving patients in shared decision-making and values open communication throughout every stage of treatment.
The Pacific Northwest has been his home since 1999. Outside of work, Dr. Kaufman enjoys fly-fishing, trail running, snow sports, and spending time with his family while raising three teenagers.

Jeff England
Jeff England specializes in orthopedic therapy for both acute and chronic pain, post surgery, sports and work-related injuries. England earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 2003 and Doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT) from Eastern Washington University in 2007. He is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Care Specialist (OCS), Board-Certified Sports Therapist and Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS).

Dr. Khasha Touloei
Dr. Touloei, a board-certified dermatologist, grew up in Sydney, Australia. He graduated from University of Washington with a degree in Biochemistry. He also obtained a Masters Degree in Biological Sciences at Drexel University. He then went to Western University of Health Sciences to obtain his medical degree. Dr. Touloei completed his Dermatology residency at Broward Health and also completed rotations at the University of Miami where he trained with dermatology world renowned experts Dr. Francisco Kerdel and Dr. Carlos Noussari.
Dr. Touloei is published widely in dermatologic literature. His medical interests lie in surgical dermatology, especially treatment of skin cancer and general dermatology including acne, eczema, psoriasis and complicated rashes. Dr. Touloei is Board certified in Dermatology, a member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. He is married with two children.

Dr. Tabetha Bradley
Dr. Tabetha Bradley is a board certified general surgeon in Chelan, WA. She received her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine and has been in practice for eight years. She trained in general surgery at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, the first approved surgical residency in the Pacific Northwest. Dr. Bradley has a passion for health care access and has been a volunteer at very busy hospital in West Africa. She is thrilled to live and serve the Lake Chelan Valley community where she grew up. She treats conditions involving the abdomen, skin, breast, soft tissue, hernias and trauma. To minimize post-operative pain and recovery time, she performs many operations using minimally invasive techniques.

Dr. Tom Tuszynski
Dr. Tom Tuszynski is a highly experienced general surgeon with more than 35 years of practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality surgical care. He completed his general surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he trained in the inner-city medical system during the mid-1980s, gaining extensive experience treating diverse and complex patient populations.
Following his general surgery training, Dr. Tuszynski pursued advanced cardiothoracic surgery residency training at the University of Washington. He ultimately chose to focus his career on general, vascular, and thoracic surgery—allowing him to care for a broad range of patients and conditions.
Dr. Tuszynski spent 22 years practicing in Wenatchee with Confluence Health, where he became a trusted and respected surgeon within the community. He has a deep appreciation for the people and lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest and is proud to continue serving patients close to home.
My hobbies and interests include yoga, walking with my 93 yr-old mother, diving with sharks, and cage fighting.

Eli grew up in Brewster, WA and graduated from Corbin University in Salem, Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in health science. He went on to get his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California. Prior to coming to work with Lake Chelan Health he managed an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Okanogan, WA. He was a multi-sport athlete and played baseball at the collegiate level. He believes in making meaningful connections with people and helping guide patients through rehabilitation and recovery to allow people to get back to optimal function and activity.
He enjoys the outdoors hiking, fishing, hunting and camping. As well as attending local sporting events and spending time with his wife and kids (5th generation Brewster residents). “North Central Washington is my home, and I am excited to serve the area in the best way I know how”.

Javier Ascanio earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2020 from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Javier is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and board certified in Wound Care (CWS). Following his doctorate, Javier completed a post-professional orthopedic residency with Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation where he had the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages, including high level athletes. Javier’s philosophy when treating is that the best treatment is centered around the patient’s values and goals using the best available evidence. Javier is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), volunteering with the local school athletic programs. Javier earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University where he also met his wife.
In his off-time, Javier enjoys volunteering with the Manson Fire Department as a Firefighter/EMT and spending time with his wife and three boys in the outdoors.

Jocelyn Rich
Jocelyn is an Occupational Therapist, specializing in pelvic health, women’s health, and mental health. She comes to Lake Chelan Health with experience in the Community Mental Health setting and now works in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Jocelyn earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Pacific University in Oregon. She is happy to return to the Lake Chelan valley to be near family, friends, and unlimited outdoor adventures.

Joel Rhyner, PA-C, is a cardiovascular clinician dedicated to advancing preventive cardiology and performance-based heart health in North Central Washington. He serves patients across the spectrum of cardiovascular care, with a focused interest in lipid management, coronary artery disease prevention, cardiac rehabilitation, and optimizing cardiometabolic performance.
Joel currently practices in collaboration with board-certified cardiologists and leads initiatives in advanced lipid testing, ApoB and Lp(a) management, coronary artery calcium (CAC) screening, and evidence-based lifestyle interventions. He is passionate about identifying cardiovascular risk early and implementing personalized strategies that combine medical therapy, exercise science, metabolic optimization, and nutrition.
With a strong foundation in exercise physiology and performance training, Joel integrates clinical cardiology with structured exercise prescription, VO₂ and metabolic testing, and data-driven health optimization. He believes cardiovascular care should not only prevent disease — but empower patients to live strong, active, and purpose-driven lives.
Joel has been instrumental in developing preventive cardiology programs, lipid clinics, cardiac rehabilitation initiatives, and community-based cardiovascular screening efforts throughout Central Washington. He frequently collaborates with local health systems, first responders, and community organizations to expand access to high-quality cardiovascular care.

Kris LaFramboise
Kris LaFramboise is a Speech and Language Pathologist with a wide range of experience. Kris has worked in a variety of setting to include private clinics, rehabilitation settings, skilled nursing facilities, home based and center-based for children birth to three years old, hospitals and most recently schools serving students ages 3-21. Kris earned her Master’s in Speech and Language from Western Washington University and currently holds her Certificate in Clinical Competence.
Kris recently moved to Chelan with her husband and enjoys spending time with family, especially her grandkids. She is looking forward to working in the community and serving those in need of communication services.

Nicholas Belanger
Nicholas Belanger, MSN, FNP, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with deep roots in patient-centered care. Originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, he has called Washington State home for more than two decades. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky.
With over 16 years of experience serving North Central Washington, Nicholas has worked across a range of healthcare settings, including oncology and geriatrics. These experiences have shaped his commitment to meeting patients where they are in their health journey, with a strong emphasis on understanding and addressing barriers to care.
Outside of his professional role, Nicholas enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest with his wife and two daughters. He takes pride in supporting his daughters as they discover their own passions and considers himself one of their biggest cheerleaders.

Ryan Minton
Ryan Minton is a board-certified physician assistant and a 2017 graduate from the University of Washington’s MEDEX NW Physician Assistant Program. Since starting his career, he has practiced clinically in cardiovascular and emergency medicine and contributed to COVID relief efforts in New York City in 2021.
Ryan’s care philosophy centers on patient education grounded in evidence-based best practices. He believes a patient’s knowledge and understanding of their diagnoses and care plan are crucial components of chronic disease management.
Ryan has lived and worked in North Central Washington since 2020, and in his free time he enjoys backcountry and Nordic skiing and rock climbing. As a former professional ski patroller and self-proclaimed snow nerd, he is active in avalanche safety work during the winter season with the Washington State Department of Transportation.

Susan Ropp
Susan Ropp is a physical therapist with more than 40 years of experience serving patients in both rural hospital and outpatient settings.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington, a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Medicine with a focus on pediatric leadership and rural health, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy with a Certificate in Practice Management.
Susan has experience treating patients of all ages, with clinical interests that include pediatrics, neurological rehabilitation, vestibular therapy for dizziness, balance and fall prevention, and post-surgical recovery. She has spent the past 24 years working in rural hospital systems in Colville and Chewelah, Washington, as both a staff physical therapist and Rehab Services Manager.
She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) at the state, academy, and national levels, serving in numerous leadership roles including State Chapter Board of Directors, Legislative Chair, Vice President, and President, as well as serving in a variety of leadership and advocacy roles.
Susan moved to Chelan in 2025 with her husband, Brian, two dogs (Sangio and Macie), and enjoys spending time with family, traveling, crafting, and outdoor activities.

Trent Lyman, PA-C, is a dedicated and highly skilled Physician Assistant with a passion for delivering patient-centered care and advancing clinical excellence. With a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and a collaborative approach to healthcare, Trent has earned the trust of both patients and colleagues across diverse clinical settings.
He brings extensive experience in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, with a particular focus on joint reconstruction and shoulder pathology. Known for his precision in procedural care and his ability to communicate complex medical information with clarity and compassion, Trent plays a vital role in guiding patients through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Trent earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Military’s Interservice Physician Assistant Program, where he graduated top of his class and demonstrated leadership in clinical rotations. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and maintains active licensure in Washington State.
Outside of the clinic, Trent is active in the outdoors and enjoys adventure riding and skiing in our local mountains. He stays active in the community supporting local sports teams; whether coaching or providing medical coverage at games.
