Providers
Craig Elsner
Craig is back working at Lake Chelan Health, now at the Express Care Clinic. He previously worked in the Lake Chelan Hospital Emergency Department for 17 years and, for the past 11 years, at the Confluence Health Walk-In Clinic in Wenatchee, WA. He is excited to be back in Chelan, helping to make the Express Care Clinic a more accessible, seamless option for patients with acute health concerns who are unable to see their primary care provider right away. As part of the Express Care team, he is committed to addressing each patient’s condition, listening to their concerns, and serving as an extension of other health care options in the valley. Craig loves seeing familiar faces and being part of the lives and community of local residents.
When he’s not working, he’s likely playing cards or trying to keep up with his fast-walking wife, Tara, an Emergency Department nurse at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee. Their children, both Chelan graduates, are enjoying their lives elsewhere but come home to visit a couple of times a year. Craig has a passion for wrestling and recently for Jiu-Jitsu; he also enjoys running, biking, swimming, and skate skiing at Echo Ridge in the winter.

Kurt Haisch
Kurt is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant committed to providing high-quality healthcare to patients. With over 8 years of experience in the acute care/urgent care setting, Kurt is a great asset to have in our Express Care. He believes in the importance of building trusting relationships with patients, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their healthcare journey.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring with his family, teaching his kids alpine and skate skiing, spending time at the lake with friends, and learning to wingfoil.
A couple fun facts about Kurt is that he grew up Swiss wrestling (Schwingen) and played collegiate rugby for Central Washington University.
Kurt is excited to be a part of the Lake Chelan Health team and looks forward to contributing to the health and well-being of the community.
