PATIENT FAMILY ADVISORY COUNCIL

Lake Chelan Health’s Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC) partners patients and families with Lake Chelan Health staff to provide perspectives that influence safety and enhances the patient and family experience when receiving services at LCH.

PFAC members are former patients or patient family members that offer their unique experience, perspective, input on issues that impact care and help LCH ensure that the next patient or family member’s experience is easier.
