Buy a Brick – Etched Memorial Bricks
Back by popular demand, Guild Y is selling Etched Brick Pavers that will be installed in the patio adjacent to the new Orchards Café at the new hospital. Purchase a brick memorializing your family name, a pioneer family, a healthcare worker, or someone else important to you. Bricks R Us will sand-blast the name on a 4″ x 8″ brick that will be set in the outdoor patio, adjacent to the Orchard Café, at the new hospital.
Bricks will be sold April 1 to May 31, 2023.
Forms to fill out are available at the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce office in downtown Chelan or print the ETCHED BRICK FORM and drop off with your payment at the Chamber. The tax-deductible donation of $100 for each brick will also be taken there. Please write checks payable to Guild Y, or pay by cash.Profits from this fundraiser will also go to buying outdoor furniture and building a pergola or shady arbor to make the outdoor dining area a cool place for hospital staff and patient visitors to relax and enjoy a break. Lake Chelan Health hospital opened December 5, 2022 and the first round of bricks purchased have been installed in the outdoor patio.
