Otolaryngologist Dr. Anne Sobba-Higley joined Lake Chelan Health in August of 2025 to provide Ear, Nose and Throat care in our community.
Dr. Sobba-Higley is seeing patients at the Lake Chelan Health Specialty Care Clinic located 131 South Apple Blossom Drive Suite 104 in Chelan, directly across the street from the hospital.

Anne Sobba-Higley
Dr. Anne Sobba-Higley is an otolaryngology head and neck surgery specialist with over 25 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Sobba-Higley grew up in Puyallup, Washington. She attended the Western Washington University, graduating with a BS in Biochemistry. She then attended Creighton University Medical School where she graduated cum laude and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Sobba-Higley then completed an Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery residency with the University of Nebraska Medical Center and board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery.
Dr. Sobba-Higley, when not in the office seeing patients, enjoys the outdoors, skiing, running, cycling and hiking with her husband and two dogs and spending time with her three adult children.
