Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) Workshop :
CDSMP Workshop: A WORKSHOP FOR ADULTS LIVING WITH CHRONIC DISEASE TO LEARN SELF-MANAGEMENT SKILLS. The workshop is a learning opportunity for caregivers, family members and friends of a person with a chronic disease to learn how to support the person. What self-management skills will you learn? Action Planning, Managing Stress and Emotions, Breathing, Exercises, Eating Healthy, Being Active, Problem Solving, And More. Lake Chelan Health offers First Aid, CPR & AED training classes that we tailor to your individual or group needs. We are a Health and Safety Institute (HSI) training site. All courses are taught to current American Heart Association guidelines. -

Stop by the Lake Chelan Health Clinic at 219 E. Johnson Avenue in Chelan for a no cost blood pressure check. No appointment needed.

Get FREE, unbiased help with all your Medicare questions from your trained SHIBA (Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors) volunteers. Local SHIBA volunteer counselors in the lake Chelan Valley can:
- Assist you with Medicare Options & Questions
- Find out if you qualify for help paying for Medicare
- Share ways to avoid becoming a victim of Medicare fraud

Rotary: Lake Chelan Cares
A NEW program of the Lake Chelan Rotary Club, in cooperation with Lake Chelan Health Community Health Workers. Our program provides a FREE medical equipment loan program for in-home use to support patients and caregivers during recovery from injury and illness.
