If you would like to access a summary of your Lake Chelan Hospital electronic healthcare record (EHR), please contact the patient registration desk on the 2nd floor of the hospital and ask for a link to create an account. An email is required.

After you register or are admitted / discharged from the hospital, you will receive an email directly from Evident, our Electronic Health Record software system, from the email address donotreply@lcch.net
This email from “donotreply” will provide you with instructions of how to set-up your personal Username & Password for your Patient Portal account.

Yes, your information can only be accessed by you. In addition, a “time-out” feature helps protect your health information if you accidentally leave the Portal page open.
